Distributed is searching for a high-performing Account Executive to drive the next phase of global expansion. You won't just be qualifying leads; you will be owning the full sales cycle for our FinTech SaaS client in Texas.

From strategic prospecting to conducting high-level demos and closing enterprise-grade deals, you are the primary driver of our revenue.

As an AE for a Fintech platform, you must be comfortable discussing financial workflows, liquidity, and ROI with CFOs and Founders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Own your territory. Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Call) to build a robust pipeline.
  • Strategic Demos: Lead product demonstrations and video meetings for payroll software, tailoring the value proposition to the prospect's specific financial pain points.
  • Deal Closing: Navigate complex sales cycles, handle high-level objections, and manage contract negotiations through to signature.
  • Account Planning: Develop a deep understanding of the Fintech landscape to identify "whale" accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Revenue Reporting: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM to provide accurate forecasting.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in full cycle B2B SaaS Sales, with at least 2 years specifically in Fintech or Financial Services, or technical software.
  • You must be able to explain complex financial and accounting concepts clearly.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

Communication: Excellent English required. You must have "C-Suite" level English (verbal and written) to sell to US-based founders.

  • You are a professional remote operator. You must own:Laptop: High-speed processor (i7/M2 or better) with 16GB+ RAM.
  • Internet: Fiber-optic (minimum 50 Mbps) with a secondary backup (hotspot).
  • Environment: A dedicated, quiet home office with a professional background for video demos.

Salary Range

  • Base Salary Range: $1200 USD - $1700 USD Per Month
  • Full-Time commitment required
  • Uncapped Commission Opportunity: Up to 10% commission
